I've had Lost Sectors that I've run through and basically only killed the champs and the boss and opened my loot. You are only getting exotics from a finite loot pool. If someone wants to farm for rolls lost sectors are an option. It's questionable whether or not lost sector farming is better than Nightfalls. Lost Sectors have a smaller loot pool, but lower drop rates.
