Ffxiv hotbar setup

If you have these weird problems like me, there's an option to allow or remove switching to certain hotbars when your weapon is out. I only use hotbars 1, 2, and 3 (2nd is used by double pressing L2/R2, 3 is L2 +R2 and only really use it for LB and tank stance) so I disable all hotbars except for 1. You can still manually switch hotbars with R1 ....

While all jobs will have differing hotbar setups to some varying degree, there's still some advice to give that will help with the muscle memory when swapping between classes and roles.
