Kept the 1/2", 14g titanium barbells they gave me until the healing was mostly done, and changed them out for 1/4" 14g titanium barbells once it seemed mostly healed.

 
I have had it for about 18 days and the pain has gone away almost completely unless it is bumped pretty hard. It was slightly sore for not even a week after it was done. I would recommend it 100%. my piercer typically charges 60$ for a septum, but did mine for 30 as i have brought him a lot of business.. Naked pics of china
